The three notices below govern the use of this website and the handling of personal information by Carthage Risk Consulting. The scope of what we undertake, and what we do not, is set out at the foot of this page and forms part of our terms.
The notices

- Terms of use: the basis on which this website is published, and the ownership of the Elissa Standard and our written methodology.
- Cookie notice: this website sets no cookies. The notice explains what is nonetheless requested from your browser.
Carthage Risk Consulting is an independent advisory firm established in Tunis. Company registration in Tunisia is in progress; the registered name, number and registered office will be published on this page once the formalities are complete. Until then, no statement on this website should be read as representing an already-incorporated entity.
Scope of engagement
We assess, specify and oversee in writing, and nothing else. We do not provide protection personnel, guards, drivers or secure transport, and we undertake nothing armed. We hold no emergency response capability and provide no medical evacuation, air ambulance or repatriation. We do not provide private aviation, concierge, lifestyle or property services. We do not conduct surveillance countermeasures, investigate private individuals or undertake cyber security work. We do not place insurance, and give no financial, tax, legal or environmental opinion. We hold no operations centre and claim no real-time information or global network, and we do not act for a sanctioned party.
